Lexi O'Halloran, LPCC

Lexi is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in North Dakota and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Minnesota who provides individual therapy services to adolescents and adults aged 12 and up. She graduated with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver in 2020. 

Lexi has over 2 years of experience providing mental health therapy in the Grand Forks Community. Prior to founding New Directions Therapy, Lexi worked with clients at the University of North Dakota Counseling Center (UCC) and The Village Family Service Center. She specializes in working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, phase of life transitions, and relationship challenges. She utilizes cognitive behavioral theory (CBT) techniques, explores childhood upbringing and family dynamics, and integrates other treatment therapies to best meet the goals and needs of each individual client. Lexi is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.

In her free time, Lexi enjoys traveling, working out, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
